Two Integrated Disciplines...

Somatic Therapy

Somatic therapy helps you tune into what your body is telling you. By gently noticing sensations, breathing, and the ways your body responds to stress, we can begin to understand and shift patterns that talking alone may not change. Together, we'll help your nervous system discover new ways of responding, so you can feel calmer, more grounded, and more at ease in yourself.

Parts Work (IFS - Informed)

We all have different parts of ourselves; parts that worry, criticize, protect, or try to keep everyone happy. Often, these parts developed these strategies early in life to help us navigate difficult experiences. As we grow and our circumstances change, parts may continue to respond in those familiar ways, relying on protective patterns that once served us but now may no longer be helpful.

Integration & Resourcing

We begin by locating baseline bodily sensations and breath pacing, stepping away from cognitive momentum to ground directly into the room or virtual setting.

You identify what currently calls for attention—whether an active conflict, physical fatigue, or an internal protector that feels overextended.

We slowly track how that theme registers in your nervous system, allowing parts of you to express needs without rushing to force premature solutions.

The final minutes anchor safe containment and physiological stabilization, ensuring you transition into your day grounded, regulated, and clear.
