Sliding Scale Provisions

Standard weekly or bi-weekly somatic and IFS counselling sessions are held in person at the Seattle office or securely online across Washington. The fee is $175 per 50-minute hour.

A portion of practice hours is reserved for sliding-scale fees to support systemic access. Please inquire directly about current availability for reduced-rate spots.

Sessions are paid directly at the time of appointment via credit card or HSA/FSA through the secure client portal.

At the beginning of each month, an itemized statement known as a superbill is generated and securely provided to you.

Upload the superbill directly to your insurance provider's member portal for direct out-of-network reimbursement according to your plan.
