First sessions and cancellations

Your initial appointment centers on establishing nervous system safety and understanding the protective parts present in your life. We review your intake questionnaire together at an unhurried pace, with no expectation to disclose past trauma before you feel ready.

Cancellations require 48 hours notice through the client portal or text. Because each reserved hour is held exclusively for you, late cancellations or missed sessions incur the full standard appointment fee except in acute medical emergencies.
